Legal Agreement: Membership Cancellation Policy

Dedicated Desk, Hot Desk, Part-Time Hot Desk, and Virtual Memberships can be canceled at any time. Memberships are renewed on the first of each month; cancellations must be requested 5 days before the next billing period. Memberships are billed for the full month and no refunds will be issued for cancellations.  

Upon cancellation of Membership, the member shall remove all personal property from The Grotto Community Center by the end of the monthly billing period. At the expiration of your membership you waive any claims or demands regarding such property or handling of such property.

Following the cancellation of Membership, you will be responsible for forwarding all mail and packages to a new address. The Grotto Community Center will not forward or hold mail.

All keys and FOBs must be returned upon membership cancellation by 4pm on the last day of membership. The FOB deposit of $25 will be refunded within 3-5 business days upon confirmed return of FOB.

Conference room bookings may be canceled with at least 48 hours notice for a partial refund. You must contact info@grottoyork.com to request a refund.
